PROHIBITION ON RAGGING

The management is strict to abide by the rules of the Government for protecting the students from ragging by other students or anyone else, which as per law is a criminal offence and shall invite stringent punishment from the Appropriate Authority and / or by the Court of Law. It is clearly stipulated that in case the applicant for admission is found to have indulged in ragging in the past or if it is noticed later that he has indulged in ragging, admission may be refused of he shall be expelled from the institution. Both the student, selected for admission, and his/her guardian shall have to execute and submit an affidavit by each separately in the prescribed format on a Non-judicial stamp of Rs. 10/- (Ruppes Ten) only, as per the latest Government policy guided by orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
